LLL programme specification
The courses are intended for lawyers, so there are no plans for basic propedeutic courses (which are held in other LL.M. programmes open to the general public). In the first semester of study, students will be introduced to the basic institutes of corporate law in a broader context as well as to selected cross-cutting legal institutes. The second semester of training is then devoted to more specific areas and includes a course explaining the basics of academic writing. The third semester is used for the preparation of the final thesis and preparation for the comprehensive examination.
Professional education assumes knowledge of law at the master's level and is not intended to provide (substitute) general legal education. However, in preparation for individual courses, where appropriate, references to materials that explain these fundamentals of law beyond the required coursework will be provided.
