- Course objectives
- Main objectives of the course include the following:
- understanding the basic categorisation of legal persons in the Czech legal order;
- delineating the major differences between different types of NGOs: an association, foundation, public benefit institution;
- being capable to complete the basic documentation for creation of an association, a foundation (endowment fund), a public benefit institution and to interpret a contract law, expecially, those types of contracts which are common for NGOs. - Syllabus
