- Course objectives
- Theory of Human Resources (PVTELZ) This subject has a character of a broader scientific basis for the economist working in the public sector. The student is acquainted in more detail with the category of human potential as a basic element of national wealth. In the first block, individual components of human potential are analysed, as well as the factors influencing their state and development in the world and in more detail in this country. In the second block the student is presented with selected pieces of knowledge of the scientific disciplines that are concerned with individual components of human potential, starting with the theory of health up to the theory of creativity. The third block is focused on the issues of management of process which maintain and cultivate human potential on the level of families, civic and professional institutions, communities and governing bodies of the society. Examination: oral and a paper on an assigned topic.
