- Course objectives
- We assume that studets have a good theoratical background from courses of Macroeconomics 1 and Macroeconomics 2. In this respect, we will follow the theory and apply it to the specific economic policy issues. The course focus on six topics of contemporary economic policy (see Course contents bellow). Moreover, we put emphasis on the change of the economic paradigm after the Great Depression 2009. We show some of the shortcomings of the economic theory, which appered during the economic crisis, and we offer new perspectives of solutions. The important part of this task will be based on reading of empirical studies.
- Learning outcomes

He will read some texts (book chapters and studies) of most cited economists according to IDEAS/RePEc of 2017 and he will discuss about them on seminars.
