Course objectives
The goal of the course is to acquaint students with fundamental concepts and notions in the field of organisational behaviour and personnel management and to show their application to organizational a managerial practice.
Learning outcomes
In particular, students will be able to:
- understand and work with diversity, different personalities, emotions and moods within organizations
- understand group behaviour and processes of decision making
- apply correctively basic concepts of motivation, leadership and power in organizations
- understand the importance of communication within organizations and be able to distinguish between different types of communication
- analyze, design and manage organizational change
- understand and apply relevant practices and methods in human resources management

Assessment methods
Final written exam.
Any copying, recording or leaking tests, use of unauthorized tools, aids and communication devices, or other disruptions of objectivity of exams (credit tests) will be considered non-compliance with the conditions for course completion as well as a severe violation of the study rules. Consequently, the teacher will finish the exam (credit test) by awarding grade "F" in the Information System, and the Dean will initiate disciplinary proceedings that may result in study termination.
