- Course objectives
- Personnel Management (KVPMNO) Main aim of the course is to present managerial approach to human resources management (HRM). Students will be introduced to the whole human resources management process (its functions and stages) and principles of its functions. There will take care of specificities of management human resources in NGOs and public administration. At the end of this course, students: - understand the importance of HRM in organization - make view of the functions and individual stages of HRM - learn the process and skills HRM - follow the specificity of HRM in NGOs and public administration
- Syllabus
- Content of this course is divided into two basic parts. The first part (topics 1-5) describe human resources management and its importance in the organizations, beginning stages of HRM. There are identify the next stages of HRM and their specificities in NGOs and public administration in the second part.

- Assessment methods
- The course has a form of a lecture. The lecture (4 hours) is divided into two parts. Main emphasis is laid on a self-study.
The course is concluded by the examination paper and the oral exam. Student can attend the examination paper provided that she/he fulfils given conditions:
1. she/he hands in two seminar works in a given extent and a structure to the obligatory date,
2. she/he passes two on-line tests in the IS MU during obligatory period.

Important information! If student commits a prohibited act, such as usage of various forbidden tools, cribbing, taking out any part of the exam or any other cheating, teacher is allowed to interrupt an exam and to grade a student with F, FF or FFF according to the seriousness of the offence. Mentioned procedure relates to all the activities that are included to the final evaluation of the course (seminar work, essays, tests etc.). - Language of instruction
