- The goal of this course is to teach analytic and realization tasks og GIS projects in work teams.
- Syllabus
- Starting a project, defining roles in teams.
- Basic specifications, strategic planes, geographical context and financial limits.
- ta flow diagrams, conceptual data model, entities and relations, primary key of an entity.
- Normalization of data model.
- Process decomposition.
- Transactions.
- Function hierarchy.
- Prototyping strategy in GISes.
- Consolidation of data model, (spatial) attributes of entities, transactions in designed system.
