Prerequisites
PB114 Data Modelling I
Preconditions for this course are: (1) capability of autonomous work; (2) long-lasting interest of the course topic expressed by completion at least one of the couple PB114 and PA116 and at least one of the couple PV098 and PV055; (3) a brief description (approx. 10 sentences) of interest in the application for acceptance; (4) English; (5) wish to work as a member of a team; (6) acceptance of the application by the Head of the Laboratory (Zdenko Staníček).

Course objectives
Research and development in the virtual knowledge network area and in effective and efficient cyber-space utilisation.
Syllabus
  • Utilisation of higher-order concepts and objevte, universality principles, self-reference principle, MENTION-USE principle, Diamond of focus, synapse-oriented approach and the HIT data model.
  • Development and verification of knowledge and information robots principles and their utilisation in various domains of science, research and praktice.
  • Students team works on long-lasting (several semesters) projects. Project are organized into synergic project portfolio.
  • Course is done in workshops combined with autonomous team-work in laboratory. Students will refer on selected research topics and their connections.
