Course objectives
This course provides theoretical knowledge for book design. Students will create 5 designs of book covers for a serie and 1 project for a book. At the end of the course students: - will know the basic principles of book design; - will be able to elaborate designs for book covers; - will be able to design covres for book series; - will be able to project a complete book.

Teaching methods
Work in Studio: Assignment, consultation, working on the assignment (usage of graphic software), assignment completion. Student consults the assignment with the teacher and takes his remarks into account. Final digital presentation.

Asessment based on digital presentation and exam. Results of assignment stored on medium.
