- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students will be able to understand and explain the terms of compensation and regeneration; will be able to apply the principles of compensation and regeneration in various areas of sport;
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course the student is able to:
- to explain the difference between active and passive recovery;
- to analyse the athlete training loads;
- to design a suitable type of regeneration for the expected type of fatigue;
- to discuss the choice of used physical activity;
- to practice the selected type of physical activity in relation to disorder. - Syllabus

3. The final test. Test comprises 30 questions. When a student answers a question correctly, he/she is awarded a point for it. To pass the test, the student must reach the score of at least 21 points. - Language of instruction
