Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course p975 is a continue of p975Football. It focuses on one of the most popular team games. Students extend their knowledge of the rules, individual game activities and combinations via training and the controlled game. Students learn more about the principles of the correct recreational sports training and improve their fitness. The active participation in the course brings students the basic awareness of football training and organization - a recreational sport that can be an important part of their lifestyle compensating a lack of move in their mainly sedentary way of "study" life.

Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
