- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course is set for those who have already mastered the basic spinning techniques. It is an aerobic exercise on a special bike, where high heart rate can be reached. It reqiures sufficient fitness. There are frequent technuiqe changes in the lesson and the lessons are more similar to the real outdoor cycling.
- Syllabus
- 1. Bicycle setting (correct body posture to ensure safety and comfort) 2. Spinning - pedal technique, body posture, position of hands, pedaling frequencies 3. Advanced spinning techniques - pedaling frequencies; running, jumps and dash up the hill 4. Final stretching

- Tutorial assessed with the credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
