Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities - the support of students healthy lifestyle Bosu mainly improves the posture and coordination, balance skills, which are vital for both all sports and sports performances and rehabilitation. Bosu focuses on all muscle groups, trains muscle systems of all muscle chains safely and comprehensively.

  • 1. Training of the correct techniques of bosu exercise 2. Setting of simple exercise into aerobic blocks 3. P'Training of correct techniques of bodybuilding on bosu 4. Training of balance exercise on bosu 5. Final stretching

Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
