- The main objectives of the course are the following:
- introduce correct and safe way of doing workouts on strenghten machines
- introduce methods used in gyms (f.ex. reduce of fat, developping of muscle strenght, developing of muscle endurance etc.)
- make a list of strenghten excercises for different parts of body (legs, arms, abodmine…..)
- introduce others excercise accessories (f.ex. over balls, fit balls, bosu, flowtonic, dynabends, etc.)
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- know how to do excercises safely and correctly.
- create a list of strenghten excercises on machines and with different accessories ( over balls, fit balls, bosu, flowtonic, dynabends)
