Course objectives
The main objectives of the course are the following:
- to introduce the correct and safe way of execution of workouts with the own body weight and on strengthening machines
- to introduce training methods (f.ex. reduce of fat, development of muscle strength, development of muscle endurance etc.)
- to make a list of strengthening exercises for different parts of body (legs, arms, abdominal …..)
- to introduce others aids used in gym (f.ex. over balls, fit balls, bosu, elastic bands, etc.) suitable for strengthening of different muscle groups
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- to know how to execute exercises safely and correctly
- to create a list of strengthening exercises with own body weight and on machines
- to apply these exercises in practice.

  • 1. Parts of training course
  • 2. Different types of commercial group classes under guidance of an instructor (aerobics, step aerobics, metabolic training...)
  • 3. Correct execution of exercises with the own body weight
  • 4. Correct execution of exercises on machines
  • 5. The list of strengthening exercises for different body parts with the own body weight, with aids and on machines
