Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- understand and explain combative exercises according to requirements
- aply theoretical knowledges and choose rihgt combative exercises according to requirements
- understand connections of combative activities and other sports
- is able to aply knowledges of sport training, physiology, and anatomy to chosen nsport
- argue for their exercises samples
Syllabus
  • Combatives - Introduction
  • Basic technique - postures, transitions (between postures), arm movements, leg movements, turning the body, transfers, changing position, contact establishment, lifting, carrying and dropping of a live load (partner), falling techniques.
  • Basic combatives - centrifugal (pulls), centripetal (pushes), opposition (resistance): pulling opposition, pushing oposition, own opposition.

  • Examples of individual combat sport stress compensation
