Course objectives

  • Anaerobic training – development of speed capability and speed-endurance capabilities. The development of the koordinačně-speed capabilities. The development of General and specific capabilities of speed means on the field and in. The development of coordination abilities of General and specific resources on the pitch and in. Development of endurance ability of General and specific resources on the pitch, in the gym. Intermittent high intensity training and its principles. The development of the power capabilities of the General and specific resources on the playground, in the gym and in gym. Plyometrická method of the development of the power capabilities. Use psychomotor stimulation in training process. Testing of physical performance on the pitch and in laboratory conditions.
