Student must be able to swim to participate in the canoe lessons.

Course objectives
At the end ot the course students should be able to understand elementary principles of selected outdoor activities (selection will be :
  • trail running
  • hiking
  • nordic, power and race walking
  • canoeing
  • rope activites
  • orientiering, navigation & geocaching
  • bouldering
  • ice-skating
    Activities selection will be depend on the capacities of sports facilities, student performance and climatic conditions.
