- At the end ot the course students should be able to understand elementary principles of selected outdoor activities (selection will be :

- hiking
- nordic, power and race walking
- canoeing
- rope activites
- orientiering, navigation & geocaching
- bouldering
- ice-skating
Activities selection will be depend on the capacities of sports facilities, student performance and climatic conditions. - Syllabus
