Course objectives
At the end ot the course students should be able to understand elementary principles of selected outdoor activities

  • nordic, power and race walking
  • canoeing
  • rope activites
  • orientiering, navigation & geocaching
  • bouldering
  • ice-skating
    Activities selection will be depend on the capacities of sports facilities, student performance and climatic conditions.

    The above schedule is only valid for the first week of the semester, when a class focusing on trail running will take place at the time and location listed. Other classes are held irregularly (by appointment) on Fridays depending on the location of the activity.
