- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to convey the basic knowledge in the framework of psychical and physical health, cohesive link of both domain in psycho-somatic entity, to inform about approaches in the topic wellbeing.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to: • -manage theoretically the basic psychological approaches to health in relation to the paradigm of harmonic balance of personality • -learn and practically apply and recommend particular coping strategies • -increase their frustration tolerance in the area of sports movement activities.

- Cultural, historical and situational impacts that take part in the lifelong development of individuals. • Movement and mental health. • Sports movement activities and health. • Sports movement activities and quality of life. • Social support. • Integration and inclusion of the ill within the context of primary education. • Wellness – healthy life style. • The impact of sport and movement activities on the development of communication skills. • Stress and its impact on health. • Burn out syndrom. • Frustration tolerance in sport and possibilities of its increase. • Coping strategies. • Sport and motor activities as a form of psychoprofylaxis
