Course objectives
The aim of the course is primarily gain practical experience in planning for the younger ages, children and youth from the design of the RTC after the creation of TJ. Another objective is to gain knowledge about the specifics of the training process and competitions already on the needs of systematic and regular training for youth and adults. Students should be able to: Address the development of appropriate performance incentives with training Prepare a plan for training process Manage training unit Model training load Individualized training load of children and adolescents
Learning outcomes
After finishing this subject every student should be able to: a)make a training plan for a specific load in some particular sport. b)create a movement activity plan in terms of health. c)explain and use basic principles of training in hypoxic environment. d)take into consideration differentness connected with growing up of children and youth people in training process. e)explain differences between sport training of a man and a woman and be able to use this knowledge in making training plans. f)Identify a sport talent g)Lead a training process in short-term, medium-term and long-term period. h)explain and use different kind of training for seniors and physical disabled people in practise use.
Syllabus
  • 1. School sport 2. Current phenomena and trends in sport (movement as a basic manifestation of life, limits of human possibilities (SR), sport at the beginning of the 21st century) 3. Types of Sensomotor Learning - Imitation Teaching - Instructional Learning - Feedback Learning - Problem Learning - Ideomotor Learning 4. Pedagogy of sport (education and sport, tasks, contribution of sport and its critics) 5. Didactic styles, coach typology, team management methods 6. Control activity, evaluation of the training process. Load diagnostics (laboratory and field diagnostics, forms of stress diagnostics) 7. Confrontation of sports training of youth and adults, men and women. SpT of seniors. SpT of disabled people. (somatic, physiological and psychological characteristics of children, women, men - their performance, training specifics ...), talent selection 8. Drivers of motor learning (motivation - ability - learning objective - stimulation - strengthening - retention - integration - transfer - interference). Types of sensomotor learning (imitation - instructional - feedback - problem - ideomotoric) 9. Physiological indicators of training management. 10. Methodological and physiological performance reserves, biorhythms (acclimatization, training in different climates - at altitude, temperature ...). 11. Ethics for teachers, ethics for coaches, ethical code of the sport, definitions and principles of fair play 12. Nonverbal communication 13. Modern sports club (management and administration SK, TJ) 14. Aspects of regeneration in SpT (diagnostics of fatigue, physiological and biomechanical indicators of fatigue, pedagogical and psychological means of regeneration, traditional means of regeneration) 15. Coaching in sports 16. Analysis of sports (games - match - sport performance) biomechanical and bioenergetic sport performance - physical and physiological characteristics)

Written test using PC (close answers), condition to successfully pass the exam is 80% of the total score result for a particular test, active participation at the seminars,elaboration of a seminar paper on selected topic, 100% attendance at seminars and its PowerPoint presentation.
