- Course objectives
- Do you like Zumba? You'll love the this! It is a fun and simple, uses various kinds of dances from Latin American dances to pop hits and hits of the sixties. Unlike Zumba emphasis on symmetry assembly - burdened both sides of the body equally, more engaging work arm and puts greater emphasis on proper implementation of Fitness dance plus combines the rhythms of salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton, hip hop, pop, Latin, rock, mambo, cumbia and many others - uses the rhythms of both Latin American and European.
