Student knows the specifics of strength training training. Student can work with heart rate at load.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with principles, principles of planning and realization of the conditioning preparation in the security forces.
Learning outcomes
Student knows the principles of planning and realization of fitness exercises for security forces. Sutdent demonstrates knowledge of the specifics of strength training, speed, endurance, flexibility and coordination skills. Student is able to describe the basic specifics of physical preparation in security forces.

  • Introduction to the subject (credit requirements, literature), Motor skills vs. security forces, Physical performance in security forces, Strength training, Endurance training, Speed training, Coordination and flexibility training, Conditioning aspects in securty forces, Combat workout training systems (Tacfit, The 300 Spartan Workout, BODYCOMBAT)
