The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the training of the basic jogging techniques and bodybuilding exercises with use the weight of your own body
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able:
- master basic running techniques, forms of warm-up, methods of development of endurance-strength skills and strength training exercises using your own body weight
Syllabus
  • 1. Warm-up and and practice of correct techniques of jogging
  • 2. Methods of development of speed, strength and endurance skills according to the preferences of the runner (continuous, fartlek, HIIT, plyometric, ...)
  • 3. The practice of correct techniques of bodybuilding exercises using the weight of your own body
  • 4. Stretching

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
