- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is:
- acquainting the student with the problematic of exercises on strengthening machines,
- learning the correct execution of exercises,
- creating a list of exercises for individual muscle groups according to their difficulty,
- Getting acquainted with client diagnosis procedures - Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
know and apply correct execution of exercises on machines
know and apply a number of exercises to different muscles and muscles groups
to do diagnostics of movement apparatus of a client
to design a plan for different types of clients - Syllabus
- 1. Getting acquainted with the equipment of the gym
- 2. Correct execution of exercises on machines
- 3. Create a list of exercises for each muscle group
- 4. Diagnostics of the client
- 5. Design of training plans
- 6. Use of aids (TRX, kettlebell, aquahit ....)
- 7. Corrective exercise for people with disabilities - people on the wheelchair
