Course objectives
The aim of the subject is:
- acquainting the student with the problematic of exercises on strengthening machines,
- learning the correct execution of exercises,
- creating a list of exercises for individual muscle groups according to their difficulty,
- Getting acquainted with client diagnosis procedures
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to:
know and apply correct execution of exercises on machines
know and apply a number of exercises to different muscles and muscles groups
to do diagnostics of movement apparatus of a client
to design a plan for different types of clients
Syllabus
  • 1. Getting acquainted with the equipment of the gym
  • 2. Correct execution of exercises on machines
  • 3. Create a list of exercises for each muscle group
  • 4. Diagnostics of the client
  • 5. Design of training plans
  • 6. Use of aids (TRX, kettlebell, aquahit ....)
  • 7. Corrective exercise for people with disabilities - people on the wheelchair
