Course objectives
The course is highly aerobic fitness exercise using basic aspects of kick-boxing (kicks,strokes , stances).We put a stress on the correct training of basic kicks and strokes,mastering basic stances and the use of theoretical knowledge in training.The definition of the aerobic loading, puls frequency changes,lesson arrangement, exercise technique, work with music, characterisation of particular kicks including English terminology are acquainted by the students in the course.The methods of muscle endurance development and kick-boxing acquisition methods are enlisted.

Zápočet je udělen studentům za docházku, která musí mít určitou kvalitu: - 1x možná absence bez omluvy - 2x institucionální omluvenka - 3x si může student nahradit výuku ve zkouškovém období - student musí mít více než 50% přímou účast ve výuce

General note: Teorie a praxe kick box aerobiku, vysoce aerobní kondiční cvičení, které využívá základních prvků bojového umění kick-box ( kopy, údery, postoje). Klade důraz na správné provádění základních úderů, kopů, zvládnutí techniky postojů.
