- After the course students will be familiar with basic theory and practises of Indian yoga.
Participants should be ready to:
- see the difference between exercise based on traditional system and modern application using just some special components of it
- understand and be able to exploit principles of developing of human beeing according to Indian yoga
- be aware of the fundamental relationship of developement of human body, breath, emotions and mind - Syllabus

- - typical mistakes in practise of yoga
- - anatomy of human beeing from the view of Indian yoga
- - obsticles on the yogic way of self-developement
- - purgatory techniques in Indian yoga

- - breathing exercises and basic pranayama

- lectures and personal experience gained during seminars
- Assessment methods
- Course is ender by the oral examination which is student allowed to pass after successful ending of practical seminars - keeping selected asanas for given time.
