Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: discuss the systematic knowledge gained in the study of specialization and methodology of leadership training process in each category. Combine practical training techniques and methods of athletic training litters and jumps.
Syllabus
  • Syllabus: 1.den Repeat technique runs, running the alphabet, low start. Rational technology training jump of   rod, correction of errors. Special reflective exercise, "tyčkařská" gymnastics. 2nd day Rational training techniques triple jump and leap far kročným way, correction of errors. 3rd Rational practice shot put technique, correction of errors. "Koulařská" gymnastics.   medicine ball throws from different positions. 4th day Rational practice javelin throwing technique, correction of errors. Competition in ski jumping čtyřboji. (Organize the students themselves). 5th The practical demands of compensatory Written and oral exam
