- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities - the support of students healthy lifestyle Bosu mainly improves the posture and coordination, balance skills, which are vital for both all sports and sports performances and rehabilitation. Bosu focuses on all muscle groups, trains muscle systems of all muscle chains safely and comprehensively.

- 1. Training of the correct techniques of bosu exercise 2. Setting of simple exercise into aerobic blocks 3. P'Training of correct techniques of bodybuilding on bosu 4. Training of balance exercise on bosu 5. Final stretching
