Course objectives
The aim is to familiarize students with the methodological and didactic training procedures with equipment and the adjacent tools. Upon successful completion the student is able to create a tray exercises using tools and secondary tools (eg fitness exercises, stretching, coordination), knows the correct execution of the exercises and the exercises can be applied in practice.
Syllabus
  • Exercise with a short rod - exercises for good posture, exercise fitness. Jump Rope Exercises - Exercise coordination, stretching exercises. Exercise with overballs - strengthening exercises, balance exercises. Exercise with fitness bands (dynabendy, terabendy) Exercise ball with gymnastic exercises using benches, racks, Swedish box. The course teaching terminology of physical exercises with equipment and secondary equipment.
