Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to the acquired theoretical and practical knowledge to provide design and training curriculum for age groups younger and older pupils per year, an individual plan for the junior category by swimming specialization focused on ECH. Students will be able to record on the basis of forward speed record swimmer analyze and identify strengths and weaknesses swimmers.
