No specific skills are required. All necessary knowledge as well as skills are introduced to students during the term. The course is geared within obligatory PE only.

Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course introduces logical and purposeful kinds of behavior in the complex and stressful situations of ordinary life. Students also acquire some locomotory activities useful in life and health threatening situations.

  • Course topics: 1. Basics of the movement in water, canoeing (Korvas) 2. Movement in safety boat (Korvas) 3. Rope obstacles (Korvas) 4. Orientation in terrain (Korvas) 5. Firts aid (Kubíková) 6. Firts aid (Kubíková) 7. First aid of a drowning person (Kubíková,water emergency, externists) 8. IZS (Kubíková, ext.) 9. First aid in natural and industrial disasters (Kubíková, ext.) 10.Basics of nutrition (Hrnčiříková) 11.Drinking regime (Hrnčiříková) 12.How to cope with stressful situations (Lazarová, Uhlířová)
