- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness;
the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress;
the support of students healthy lifestyle;
The course is geared for the beginners who want to start jogging as well as to the advanced who want to continue training. The course contains jogging at a restful and medium pace. The lessons always start at the Canoeing Centre of MU and run in the surrounding areas. - Syllabus
