- The main goal of teaching: - Improvement in movement skills and physical levels - Positive effect on access to sports activities, defense against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - Promoting a healthy lifestyle of students Teaching focuses on modern forms of dance emphasis on progressive development of movement skills in line with the music and their own feelings.; Fitjazz - Complete dance and fitness system for women that uses the principles of jazz dance to improve strength, flexibility and posture and compensatory, special booster block leading to the shaping and slimming.;
