- Oral exam consists of two parts - a cross-country and downhill skiing
- Cross country skiing
- 1. Importance of skiing for the modern man . Effects of hygiene , health, mental and more. The history of cross-country skiing.
- 2. The friction of snow skis , cross country skis lubrication procedure for classical way runtime.
- 3.The emergence of a kind of snow. The friction of snow skis , cross country skis lubrication procedures for skating. 4. Reflection and tapping runner for the classic technique of running, biomechanical principles , the swing leg work.
- 5. Biomechanical principles of reflection and tapping runner while skating.
- 6. Maintaining balance cross-country skiing.
- 7. The structure of cross training. The importance of universal ski grounding, Examples of exercises.
- 8. Description and explanation of the AC running two-stroke.
