- The course is geared for obligatory PE.
- Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goal of the course is the improvement of locomotory skills, posture and fitness
- with the help of the exercise programme in the gym to improve the balance between muscle chains of the muscular system, and at the same time to enhance the health condition and to develop the strengh
- to influence the positive approach towards sports activities and healthy lifestyle in the context of the protection against stress and civilization diseases
- to accept the correct techniques and principles of exercising when exercising with the body-building machines or without them - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able:
- improvement of own locomotory skills, posture and fitness
-achieve with the help of the exercise programme in the gym to improve the balance between muscle chains of the muscular system, and at the same time to enhance the health condition and to develop the strengh
- to influence the positive approach towards sports activities and healthy lifestyle in the context of the protection against stress and civilization diseases
- to accept the correct techniques and principles of exercising when exercising with the body-building machines or without them - Syllabus
- V prvních hodinách budou vysvětleny zásady a předvedena správná technika cvičení v posilovně včetně protahovacích (strečink) a uvolňovacích cvičení. Studenti pak cvičí samostatně, podle individuálních cvičebních programů nebo kruhového tréninku s využitím posilovacích strojů. U označené seminární skupiny probíhá výuka v anglickém jazyce.
