- Together we are going to experience different yoga approaches. Static and calmer forms which focus on repetition and accurate performance of asanas. As well as dynamic approaches which focus on our ability to connect the the flow of movement and breath. Our yoga class will always be a complex yoga time with physical practice, breath techniques and mediation calming.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: - repetition of static positions and the precision of their execution - a comprehensive yoga approach, i.e. time for physical asanas, time for yoga breath, time for meditative relaxation.
- Syllabus
- Introduction to sun salutation forms. Introduction to asanas/yoga poses taught during the term. Using yoga props to be able to facilitate a yoga pose. Completion of yoga sequence

- For exercise, it is advisable to wear comfortable, loose clothing, preferably made of natural material, and a hair towel on the mat. Yoga is being performed barefoot. Information about PE courses can be found at www.fsps.muni.cz/cus/.
