Basic swimming skills, techniques of swimming methods of breaststroke, backstroke and crawl.

Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to extend the basic swimming skills of expanding knowledge and skills through various forms of conditioning preparation and compensation exercises in the aquatic environment.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to:
- demonstrate the expanding physical abilities of all swimming techniques and underwater swimming;
- characterize the basic concepts and patterns of exercises in the aquatic environment;
- apply various forms of exercise in shallow and deep water without tools and with the use of water aids;
- propose alternative forms of conditioning and regeneration and compensation in the aquatic environment and compile a comprehensive program from them;

Teaching methods
Practical training in the form of exercises.
Assessment methods
Successful completion of the course will be based on:
- exceeding the 400m distance bz crawl in a time limit according to the available tables
- underwater swimming - at least 25m - creation of conditioning or regeneration program in the aquatic environment according to the assignment
