- Course objectives
- The aim of the subject is:
- familiarizing the student with the characteristics of Pilates exercises
- to introduce the base list of Pilates exercises
- to introduce the characteristic of Spiral stabilization
- to introduce the base list of Spiral stabilization exercises
- to introduce the characteristic of Power Yoga (PY)
- to introduce the base list of Power yoga exercises
- to introduce the base of fascial training
all in terms of correct implementation, methodical and didactic program. - Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course the student will be able to:
- apply the acquired skills in the preparation and implementation of an adequate interventional physical program.
