Course objectives
The aim of the course is to present the importance of human resources management and development in relation to the strategic management of organizations. The course focuses on understanding the basic processes, methods and tools of human resources development and management. It helps students to develop the necessary skills for application in basic HR processes.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course students will be able to: - develop an understanding and use of the concept of human resources development and management in organizations. - analyze strategic problems and challenges in basic HR processes. - apply relevant procedures in basic HR processes.
