Knowledge of sociological research methods and methods of sociological data analysis corresponding to the undergraduate (BA) sociology program at the Faculty of social studies, Masaryk University and the State exam in sociology therein. Knowledge of STATA software is a plus. The following summarizes expected knowledge of statistics and students are requested to study these chapters before the semestr begins.- Course Enrolment Limitations

The course develops skills to use quantitative data analysis in the context of real reaserch - to prepare, run and interpret analyses resulting fromtheoretically driven research questions.- Syllabus
