- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce students to selected concepts of political marketing, with an emphasis on current concepts. The course also includes an in-depth discussion of the relationship between theories of democracy and political marketing. In the second part of the course, preparation for the implementation of market research is provided. Through a series of seminars, students prepare a scenario for focus groups (including the construction of a recruitment questionnaire) and a survey.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, students will be familiar with the principles underlying political marketing and the most important theoretical concepts currently in use. Additionally, they will be able to select the appropriate method to research the market in relation to the current needs of a political party and design their own marketing research.
