- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to understand theories of crisis communication and to critically evaluate crisis communication case studies. The students should be able to utilize crisis communication strategies for detection, prevention and solution of a crisis situation. Students will learn how to create crisis communication plans and therefore will be able to transfer gained skills and knowledge to the context of the real world.
