Course objectives
Integral part of the course Private international law II. It deals with the international dimension of the intellectual property protection, different rights and disposition with them.
Syllabus
  • Application of different international conventions relating to intellectual property rights. Cases concerning the disposition with rights (international licence agreements etc.)
