- Integral part of the course Private international law II. It deals with the international dimension of the intellectual property protection, different rights and disposition with them.
- Syllabus
- International conventions relating to intellectual property rights, existing within the system of the Paris Union and Berne Copyright convention. TRIPS convention (WTO). Private law aspects of those rights - conflict of laws, international licence agreements etc.

- Zkouška má písemnou a ústní část (viz MPS II). Písemná část je společná pro jiné větve předmětu MPS II, obsahem ústní části je tento předmět (duševní vlastnictví).
