- Course objectives
- At the end of the course the student will be able to solve - at the basic level - actual human rights cases; the student will understand the procedural and material aspects of human rights protection at both international and domestic level; the student will be able to write reasoned analysis of a human rights issue as well as a petition to the court;
- Learning outcomes (in Czech)
- Po ukončení kurzu budou studenti obeznámeni s obsahem základních práv a odpovídající judikaturou českých soudů a evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Podmínkou zápočtu a obsahem postupové zkoušky je sepsání ústavní stížnosti. Studenti si tedy osvojí schopnost sepsat tento typ soudního podání.
