Course objectives
After completing this course, the student will be able to: - understand the core differences among the business vehicles, namely as for the advantages and disadvantages - understand the organizational structure of management (bodies) within a corporation and a holding structure - understand the role and selected methods of managing processes of businesses - understand the core principles and regulation concerning financing and read accounting reports - consider the core personal features, skills and abilities of workers, managers and leaders - understand the importance of personal management for general management and leadership - understand the core notions of financial management - organise a social event
Learning outcomes
After completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- understand the processes in firms;
- understand the core manners of finaning the firms;
- understand the core principles of managing individuals and teams;
- understand the importance of leadership and personal management;
- understand the cons and pros of different types of firms.

  • - types of business activities and structures with an emphasis placed on management - internal environment of a business (role and relationship among the bodies, processes, management of individuals and teams) - financing of businesses and reading accounting statements - financial management - event management
