Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the system of basic legal guarantees, principles of their functioning and current legislation and correct legal practice
Learning outcomes
t the end of the course students should be able to: describe of Guaranties of Legality in Public Administration system, understand and orientate in legal regulation, judicial review, apply knowledge of inactivity, analyze a specific situation and, depending on its nature, to consider the means of protection of subjective rights.
Syllabus
  • he characteristic of legality in public administration, the term of legal guarantees in public administration, institute of the administrative and constitutional justice, public rights defender issues, inaction of public administration, the right to petition, the examination of complaintsissues, the right to a fair trial.
