Course objectives
The educational aim of the subject is to clear up the need of forming and subsequently using the system of management as an inevitable tool for a knowledge worker, interest group as well as each organization.
Syllabus
  • Course programme: Intoduction to management (purpose of managerial education, terminology, management content, management as an important factor of production function) System of management and relationships among its three pillars, content of management in general Management as a science (subject and approaches to management as a science, managerial techniques) Managerial component "Decision making" Managerial component "Environment" and "Planning" Managerial system - managerial responsibility Strategy management (ways out of strategy activities, their survey and development, fundamental model of classic approach) Strategy management (internal analysis, SWOT analysis and competition core, strategy choice) Strategy management (strategy implementation) Top manager with law education in practice experience and knowledge) Do we want changes?
