- Course objectives
- This subjekt containing indirectly linked to the teaching of criminal law substantive and procedural taught in the VI.- VIII. semester. Its content is not the repetition of the seminar of theoretical knowledge based on existing legislation, although should be stressed that such knowledge will build teaching and which will be based. In this framework will be to link theory and practice to a higher level of engagement and deeper than offering a basic training seminar. The aim of the course is to give students hands-on preview at the activity of law enforcement. It should help them understand the application of criminal law to specific cases.

- 1. Currency criminal offences - pretrial hearing 2. Organized criminal offences 3. Economic criminal offences and criminal acts againts property 4. Criminal acts againts corrupting morals 5. Trial hearing from the point of view of the judge
